Returns and refunds

We pride ourselves on our quality and work hard to attain ourselves to the same great standard, ensuring
that all parts of our service are exceptional.

Should there be a problem with your flowers, we want to make sure we can understand what went wrong
and be on hand to make things right. In the unlikely event that things do go wrong, we require notification
within 24 hours of receipt, this allows us to look into your case swiftly. A photograph is required, along
with the delivery box to our mailing address in the event of a return.

Please find below, a guide to our policies and terms when following through the replacement procedure:

1. Damage
While our flowers are packed and sealed to best prevent transit damage, we have a process in place for
you to follow to make sure your order is fulfilled to a level you’re happy with. We require as much proof
and details as possible, this means that we can investigate what happened and fix it. As mentioned
previously, we ask that you send as much photos as possible (via email) to be eligible for a replacement. If
said replacement bouquet is offered, you also need to send back the original flower box to our mailing
address and we take over from here, we arrange another assortment at the next available delivery date.

2. Returns
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we are unable to accept returns. We instead strive to make sure
we meet your standards and offer full replacements, with this being on a quality basis. If the bouquet that
has arrived does come as expected, we will take the time to follow through with this process and replace
them.

3. Flower availability and substitutions
As with all of our ranges, every item is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute items
with a like (or greater) value product pending whether or not requested item is available. We appreciate
you as a customer and will only not produce the same item at an absolute necessity, in any such case, we
will work hard to make sure you get something you are happy with.
